Concretely, this means that all units have an E-level lower than or equal to E30. As a resident, you will not only feel this as significant energy bill savings, you will also enjoy a 50% property tax discount for a 5-year period. Using the latest and low-maintenance technologies means that the apartments will retain their value in the long term. 

SUSTAINABLE USE OF MATERIALS AS COMMON DENOMINATOR 

Where possible, building materials are sourced locally to limit the ecological footprint. To finish the apartments, a series of local cooperation partners have been carefully selected. They work in compliance with a specific eco-label and/or focus on environmentally sound finishing materials. Also, as a buyer, you will be advised to select A+ label domestic appliances and water-saving faucets will be fitted as standard in the sanitary rooms.
