Where possible, building materials are sourced locally to limit the ecological footprint. To finish the apartments, a series of local cooperation partners have been carefully selected. They work in compliance with a specific eco-label and/or focus on environmentally sound finishing materials. Also, as a buyer, you will be advised to select A+ label domestic appliances and water-saving faucets will be fitted as standard in the sanitary rooms.
